Services

Funeral Services
We work directly with the Funeral Home or Mortuary.  Just let them know that you would like to have the funeral at: Our Lady of Perpetual Help in Daly City, and we'll take care of the rest.

Homebound Visits
Please contact the Parish Office, If you or a family member cannot attend Mass and would like to have a Homebound visit to your home. This service is only limited within the Parish Borders and/or Zone Boundaries.

Memorial Mass
A Memorial Mass should be arranged with a Priest.

To schedule a Memorial Mass, please call the Parish Office.

Mass Intentions
To save yourself a trip to the Parish Office, we have Mass Intention envelopes located at the vestibule of our church. You may place your envelopes in the Collection basket and they'll be processed on Monday. Be sure to include your number and phone number If we have any questions.

*Please note that we will not accept any telephone requests for Mass intentions. 

Anniversary Mass
To schedule an Anniversary Mass, please call the Parish Office.

Certificate Requests
If you would like to request a copy of your Baptismal or Confirmation Certificate. You may do so by calling our Parish Office or sending us an email.
